| Test Beam 2003: Detector types and planned measurements | |||||||||||
| A total of 5 sensor designs were chosen for testbeam studies. The detector layouts are shown in Fig. 1. For each detector layout samples were exposed to a particle fluence of 3, 6 and 9x1014 neq/cm2. The devices were bump bonded to unirradiated readout chips. The samples were tested using the high energy pions in the H2 beam line of CERN SPS in June 2004.
